Summer Days

The summer is in full swing. If I was still teaching, then I would be dreading going back to school in about two weeks. BUT, the best part of this summer (besides being reunited with my amazing, wonderful hubby after three months separation), is having a full time job as a stay-at-home mommy.

I decided to write down the top 5 things we're doing on our summer days here in Mississippi. The top 5 things for myself, Evan, and Rick. So, here goes:

Evan's top 5 summer activities:

1) Staring out the window, looking at the green and rain.
2) Pulling DVDs from the shelf.
3) Chewing on wires--- XBox wires, computer wires...
4) Wanting to do whatever mommy does.
5) Eating, eating, and eating.

Rachel's top 5 summer activities:

1) Battling my hair against frizziness of all shapes and forms.
2) Cleaning up after Evan.
3) Pulling Evan down from the stairs whenever he gets up.
4) Cooking and baking... I LOVE this cook book that I recently bought. Another post later on that.
5) Snuggling and playing with my baby boy.

Rick's top 5 summer activities:

1) Going to school
2) Marching
3) Going to school
4) Playing in the band (ummm... can we say nerd?)
5) Spending time with family.
