Weight Loss/ Fitness Plan

I've been at a loss over the past few weeks on how to lose weight and get healthy.  It always seems that after a few weeks, I seem to falter and go back to bad habits.  I just want to say that I've been inspired by two people.  The first person is my sister Bethany that has gotten super-skinny (after two kids) by watching her portions and exercising daily.  The second person is a friend that I met here in Mississippi named Robynne.  She's lost 51 lbs in the past 7 months and has moved from a size 18 to 8.  Using her and my sister's stories, I've decided to do the following:

1)  Watch my portions
2)  Don't drink soda
3)  Cut out sweets (once a week only)
4)  Walk/Run 3 days a week
5)  Do a circuit/ aerobic workout 3 days a week (Jillian Michael's Videos)
6)  No eating past 7:00 PM

This is my plan starting tomorrow!  I am so excited. Hopefully I can do well with getting back into shape and living a healthier life!
